North Carolina State Registry of Volunteers (SERVNC)

SERVNC Website
SERVNC is a voluntary registration system for medical and health responders in the fields of Public Health, Agriculture and Veterinary Services.
North Carolina has a large animal-based agricultural sector but there are few veterinarians trained in disaster response affecting livestock. The mission of the Veterinary Response Core (VRC) is to train and prepare animal care professionals to respond to (all hazard) disaster events that affect both production and companion animals.
The Veterinary Response Core utilizes a database management system called SERVNC that allows us to properly utilize the knowledge and skills of its members. SERVNC is the same system that is used by volunteers responding to human health needs within NC. It has numerous capabilities that are ideal for disaster response. This system houses our volunteer data and can be utilized for deployments and messaging.
If you are a current member or would like to join the VRC then you must register through www.servnc.org. Newsletters, training announcements and deployment requests will all come through SERVNC. The registration process takes approximately 30 minutes and is very comprehensive. Please be as complete as possible when you register; this information is secure and your privacy will be protected.
