The CSSL is a tool developed by the North Carolina Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services (NCDA&CS) to assist farmers, landowners, and other stakeholders in identifying potential sources of carbon materials for use in composting projects. The CSSL provides an interface that allows users to search for and locate carbon source sites.
