Description: This feature class contains features mapped to represent underground Time Warner Cable lines. The GIS data herein have all been surveyed by SGS during Phase II. All data herein are identified as to their source (Scanned Hardcopy Plan, AutoCAD data, NCAGR Redline Drawing, Mapping Grade GPS Survey, and Survey Grade GPS Survey).NCAGR located/SGS surveyed the copper cable line owned by Time Warner Cable. In addition to this copper cable line, there is a TWC owned fiber optic line that runs separate from the TWC owned copper cable line that was installed in a separate project ten years later. Despite repeated calls to NC 811, Spectrum/Time Warner Cable did not come to the Fairgrounds to locate the fiber optic line and this line cannot be located by NCAGR. The TWC fiber optic line has therefore not been surveyed by SGS and does not exist in this inventory. That said, the two TWC owned pedestals that represent the start point and end point of the fiber optic line were surveyed by SGS and exist in this inventory. This Fiber Optic line initiates and ends at roughly the same location as the TWC copper cable line, however the route that it follows is not the same as the TWC copper cable line.
